So what are your favorites? What are the games you've played that genuinely excel in the mobile space? For me, I think I have just discovered the best mobile game I've ever played, and I'm absolutely obsessed with it. But I'm sure different people have different spaces where mobile gaming is fun for them. Personally I think the best mobile games are ones that very easy to pick up or put away at a moments notice, and can fill a short amount of time without feeling like you have to get to a certain checkpoint in order to stop or something. BUT I also think it's fair to say that there is a place for mobile gaming and that mobile games are not inherently bad. predatory game design, "pay to win" schemes, bucketloads of shovelware, and a control interface that many would consider inferior to any console or computer. And I also think it's fair to say that there are actually plenty of valid reasons to dislike mobile games. I think it is fair to say that among people who play a lot of games there is sometimes a negative perception of "mobile" (ios or android) games.
